Your information, handled with care
Privacy Policy
& your choices.
Noel and Seska handle your property inquiries. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Effective October 16, 2026.
Who to contact
Asana Properties LLC operates AyalaLandUSA.com. This policy covers the website and its property inquiry, project explorer and payment-planning pages. Your privacy contact is Noel Cacnio at Noel@AyalaLandUSA.com. Seska Cruz helps handle property inquiries. It does not cover independently operated Ayala Land websites or other sites you visit through our links.
Notice at collection
What we collect and why
You provide inquiry details directly. Your browser also supplies technical information needed to load and protect the website. None of these categories is sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not request identification documents, payment-card or bank details, precise device location, or health information. Please leave sensitive information out of the comments field.
| Information | Purpose and handling | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details Name, email and optional phone | Reply to and follow up on your inquiry. Handled by Noel and Seska through our hosting and email providers. | Normally 12 months after the last meaningful contact, subject to the active-matter and legal exceptions explained below. |
| Property interests & correspondence Selected projects, questions, comments and requested timing | Understand your request and coordinate property information. Free-text comments include any personal or sensitive details you choose to provide; please omit sensitive details. Submitting a property inquiry sends these fields to this site’s server, then through the email service to the inquiry recipient. The separate question-checklist tool opens an email draft in your email app for you to review and send. | Same schedule as inquiry correspondence. Unsent form fields are not saved to browser storage by this website. |
| Technical & security data IP address, requested URL, browser and connection data | Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. A temporary request identifier and digest help avoid duplicate sends when the same request is retried; the form uses an IP-based rate limit. We do not add your contact details to analytics. | Inquiry deduplication records expire after 24 hours in server memory; the rate-limit window is one minute. Hosting and security records follow Cloudflare’s service-specific retention schedules; they are separate from the inquiry-retention period. |
| Your browser preferences Privacy choices and, if enabled, shortlisted project IDs | Remember your privacy settings and optionally your shortlist on this browser. These records contain no form contact details and are not uploaded as a separate profile. | Until you change or clear them. Turning off shortlist storage removes its saved project IDs; an in-memory shortlist can still work during the current visit. |
| Detailed-map requests IP address, browser data and requested map area | The detailed map loads by default unless you turn it off in Privacy choices or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. OpenFreeMap receives requests to display its tiles. It does not receive the inquiry form’s contact details or comments from us. | OpenFreeMap publishes seven-day ordinary/error-log retention, with longer security-incident exceptions; see its linked policy. |
| Optional Google Analytics Page visits, successful inquiry counts and browser/device identifiers | Only after you allow analytics, Google measures visits and confirmed inquiry deliveries. Google receives request information including your IP address, browser/device data and cookie identifiers. We send fixed page names and paths; we exclude inquiry content, contact details, raw URL query strings and fragments. Attribution uses only a fixed list of source/medium labels and known public search/social referrer origins, without their paths or query strings. Advertising features are off. | Analytics cookies are set for up to 60 days without renewing on each visit. You can revoke consent in Privacy choices, which disables further collection and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies. Google Analytics user/event retention is set to two months, with activity-based extension off. This setting does not govern most aggregated standard reports; Google-held service records also follow Google’s terms. |
| Privacy requests Contact details, request, proportionate verification and response | Identify the relevant records, respond to your request and document its handling. | Retain a minimal request-and-response record for 24 months, or longer only when a specific legal obligation requires it. |
Payment-planner amounts and calculations run in your browser. The current-rate lookup goes through this website’s server and does not send your entered price, inquiry details or browser IP to the exchange-rate provider.
Who processes information
Noel and Seska are the people who handle inquiries. Delivering a website and email also requires infrastructure providers. Information may be processed outside your state or country.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and necessarily handles web-request data. We have disabled Cloudflare’s optional browser performance measurement and restrict external scripts to the optional Google Analytics integration described here. Hosting and security processing remain necessary. Cloudflare data-processing terms.
- AgentMail and recipient email providers deliver and store inquiry correspondence. Our AgentMail service is covered by a written agreement excluding customer email content from model training. We delete correspondence we control according to the schedule below. Provider-held backup and service records can have separate retention schedules. AgentMail Privacy Notice.
- Google Analytics measures page visits and successful inquiry deliveries only when you allow analytics. It can use first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Google receives ordinary connection and device information; we do not send contact fields, comments, selected properties or payment-planner values. The site disables Google signals and advertising personalization in its tag configuration. Automatic enhanced measurement is disabled for this stream. Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
- OpenFreeMap supplies the detailed map, which is on by default. You can turn it off in Privacy choices; Global Privacy Control also keeps it off. The local overview map and property list work without it. OpenFreeMap Privacy Policy.
We do not send inquiries to advertising networks or sell lead lists. We do not use the website to make automated eligibility, credit or housing decisions. If a later purchase needs additional people or services, the handling of that information must be explained before it is requested or transferred.
Changing browser preferences stops the optional features described below; it does not erase information already held by a provider. Contact Noel for help with a privacy request.
Privacy & cookie choices
We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral-advertising pixels. The detailed map starts on and can be turned off in Privacy choices. Saved shortlists and Google Analytics start off. Analytics does not load until you affirmatively allow it; declining analytics leaves the detailed-map preference unchanged. Essential hosting/security processing cannot be switched off while using the site; hosting security services may use necessary cookies when needed.
Choose “Use essential only” to turn off analytics and the detailed map and remove the saved shortlist from this browser. The map is on by default for a new visitor; shortlist saving and analytics are off by default. You can continue browsing projects, use the local map and send inquiries. Privacy choices are stored locally so the site can remember them.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): when your browser sends GPC, this site keeps analytics, optional maps and shortlist storage off, even if you previously enabled them. This extra protection is broader than a sale/sharing opt-out; we do not sell or share information for behavioral advertising. The choices panel shows when GPC is on.
Do Not Track (DNT): this older browser signal does not change the site’s settings. The site does not run cross-site behavioral advertising, and GPC and the privacy controls above remain available.
How long information is kept
We normally delete ordinary inquiry correspondence we control after 12 months without meaningful contact. Noel oversees a monthly review of relevant sent and received correspondence and controlled exports.
We may keep information longer while a specific request or transaction remains active, or when it is needed for a legal obligation or dispute. We document these exceptions, review them and delete the information when that need ends.
Email providers, hosting providers and their backups may follow separate retention schedules. The 12-month inquiry policy does not guarantee that every provider-held or recipient-held copy is erased at the same time. If you request deletion, we will explain what was removed and any applicable limitations.
Your rights and privacy requests
You can contact Noel to ask for access to your information, a copy, correction, deletion, or help with privacy preferences. Use Noel@AyalaLandUSA.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Please use the email address associated with your inquiry, describe the request and identify the relevant property or approximate inquiry date. Do not send passwords, government identification or financial account numbers.
We may need proportionate information to verify an access, correction or deletion request before disclosing or changing personal records. An authorized agent can contact Noel with evidence of permission. Browser privacy choices require no account or identity verification.
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may have rights to know/access, correct and delete information, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale/sharing, limit qualifying uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination. Exceptions can apply. This site does not sell/share information for behavioral advertising or intentionally collect sensitive personal information for purposes that require a limit-use control.
We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If applicable law permits an extension and one is needed, we will notify you within the initial period and explain the reason and revised deadline. We accept requests by email and do not require an account to submit one. California’s privacy-request guidance.
Children and policy changes
The site is intended for adults exploring property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or sell/share the information of anyone under 16. Contact Noel if a child’s information was submitted so it can be reviewed and removed as appropriate.
When this policy changes, we will update its date and post the revision here. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice and any additional notice or choice required before a new use of information. An updated policy does not retroactively authorize a new purpose.
